OUR JOURNEY
Foundation
In 2022, a group of engineers came together with a shared realisation that technology could be built with greater consistency, care, and ownership. United by a common vision of creating a delivery-focused IT company, they formed the Noblesse Group, a name inspired by a Korean anime character symbolising strength, responsibility, and higher purpose.
Grounding
The team secured its first set of clients and evolved its identity to Noblessetech. Working with some early stage companies in India, the focus remained on exceptional delivery, seamless execution, and building early client trust. While growth was modest during this phase, the team gained critical learnings across operations, client relationships, and core business fundamentals.
Rebirth
In 2024, Noblessetech began a UAE engagement through a trusted referral that evolved into a deeper strategic collaboration. As reliance on the team grew, both sides recognised strong alignment around long-term technology ownership. With scaling constraints on one side and global ambition on the other, the founders chose strategic integration, setting a clear path for international growth.
Recalibration
At the start of 2025, this alignment led to discussions around a strategic partnership, resulting in Noblessetech being acquired by Gulechha Global Private Limited. The company began formalising its global structure, focusing on rebuilding the brand, strengthening the team, and aligning operations to support long-term scalability and sustainable growth.
Expansion
Noblessetech was formally launched as a registered IT services business under Gulechha Global Private Limited, positioned to serve clients across borders. With stronger foundations and an international outlook, the company entered its next phase: focused on global delivery, strategic partnerships, and sustainable long-term impact.
